JOB SUMMARY
Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services
- Researching, analysing and monitoring financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
- Communicating with outside advertising agencies on ongoing Hospital campaigns
- Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Planning and overseeing the organization’s advertising and promotion activities including print and electronic
- Developing an annual marketing plan and budget for the hospital and delivering marketing activities within the approved budget
- Establish contacts and utilize the databases of the hospital, as developed by the communications department of the company, for direct mailings to former patients, GPs in the market area of the hospital, other parties that may refer patients to the hospital and to third parties payers
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing Management from a recognized university
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a busy hospital
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required together with proven leadership capabilities should be a proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
